- Contact Save Your Hide Leather for a Return Authorization Number
- Product must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase
- Customer must have original receipt and contact Save Your Hide Leather for a Return Authorization number (RA#)
- Product must be unworn, unused, in new condition and in original packaging/shoe box.
- Product must be returned at customer’s own expense.
- When shipping your return, you may want to inquire about insurance. Save Your Hide Leather will not be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise.
- Please specify whether you would like an exchange or credit to your credit card.
- Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase
- Merchandise returned for restock may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
When returning products that are offered with “Free Shipping” we will refund or exchange the entire cost of the product, except our shipping costs that were originally free to you.
